Rack Performance, LLC (“ Rack Performance ”, “we ,” “ us ”, “ our ”) takes seriously our obligation to protect the personal information collected through its website and apps (collectively, the “ Service ”). Although the Service is not specifically designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13, we take measures to protect the privacy of children who use the Service.

Through the normal use of the Service, your child may provide the following personal information: name, user name, email address, mailing address, date of birth or age, and other information that we may store alongside such personal information (e.g., information on training programs completed by your child; t-shirt size). When your child uses the Service, we also automatically receive and record information from your child’s device for our internal operations, as more fully described in our Privacy Policy.

How do we use and disclose your child’s personal information?


We use personal information that we collect from your child to facilitate your child’s use of the Service (e.g., to distribute workouts, progress tracking). This information may be available to your child’s coach, trainer, teacher, or other adult who oversees or manages your child’s training program.

How may you consent to the collection of your child’s personal information?


By providing your child with the access code that you received upon paying for access to the Service, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information of your child in accordance with this Notice and the Privacy Policy .


You may consent to the collection and use of your child’s personal information without consenting to the disclosure of that information to third parties, other than the vendors that we may engage to assist us in providing the Service or disclosures required by law. We may require that you or your child take additional steps to complete registration of the account. If we collect personal information about you (the parent) for purposes of obtaining your consent, we dispose of such information after a reasonable time period if parental consent is not obtained.


How can a parent review, change or delete the personal information collected by the Service about his or her child?


At any time, you can review or change the information collected by the Service about your child by contacting us. You can also refuse to permit the Service to collect any further personal information and can request that the Service delete any information already collected.
